一种可移动式柴油发电机组静音装置,包括矩形箱体和安装在箱体内 的柴油发电机组,在箱体内设有"S"型夹壁式消声进风道和反"S"型消声排风道,所述消声进风道的进风口和消声排风道的排风口分别设置于箱体左、右两端的 上部,在消声进风道和消声排风道内均安装有导流消声片和平板式消声片,在消声进风道的进风口处和消声排风道的排风口处还分别设有一能将进风口和出风口封闭 的可折回雨篷机构,所述柴油发电机组的排气管口处还通过管道连接有一排气消声器。本实用新型在确保通风散热前提下有效地实现了封闭性消声,降噪量大,同 时,采用静音型排气消声器,实现了与隔声箱的同步静音,箱体与柴油发电机组组合为一体,移动方便。

一、产品介绍：
针对柴油机发电机组尾气排放污染物中炭烟颗粒的净化,要进行尾气排放中炭烟颗粒的排放净化。
根据贵司的需要，我公司提供一套®万纯HG 型净化系统，可以减少尾气中污染物的排放。
我公司产品曾应用于南水北调工程、广州亚运会、岩滩水力发电、石油化工、油田矿山的开采及众多除尘环保领域，为中铁集团、山东潍柴、上海合成、上海科泰、浙江中高、无锡开普、武汉千里马等一批优质客户提品与服务。
®HG 型黑烟过滤器，选用目前世界上，治理柴油机黑烟的产品，耐高温、耐腐蚀、抗冲击性强透气率高，易再生储存尘量大的合金属纤维膜，黑烟净化器通过壁流式过滤原理，尾气只有通过滤材，才能排出，在发动机正常工作温度中起到净化作用。
®HG 型黑烟过滤器，由框板式组成的多层过滤芯，安装在（可分解式）净化器内，
维护时可拿出过滤板清理，不必拆卸管道连接部分。由发动机功率决定过滤层的使用数量。
在使用过程中捕积层的再生，需要手工完成。

1、保证提供的设备系全新的、完整的、未使用过的，且随同设备的所有技术资料齐全。
2、保证货物符合规定的质量、技术规格和性能。经过正确安装、操作和保养，在使用期内能良好运转。
3、在规定的质量保证期内，对于有设计、工艺或材料缺陷的设备导致的故障解决。除技术规格中另有规定者，出现上述情况，给予免费返修或更换故障件。
4、设备安装前，将被良好保护包装，货物到达后进行检验。
5、所提供货品的质量保证期从设备安装完成开始运行计，除合同中另有规定者外，为一年。
